Ryanair review by Jean 2015-06-20

I was sadly disappointed with my flight and Ryanair in general. We flew out of stansted in the UK. Due to public transportation times we arrived 4 hours before our flight. Ryanair had no one available to check us in. When there was finally staff available to check passengers in, the waiting line was very long and our wait time was over an hour just to check our bags. All the kiosks for self-check were non-functioning as well. Also the airline requires that you check in prior to arriving with a penalty of £100 if you do not. (I had not been informed of this) when the staff realized we did not have boarding passes he began to make very rude comments about hating his job and wishing he could just walk out the door now. On the positive side the crew did wave the fees and we did arrive at our desired destination with all our luggage in tact. Beware Ryanair may charge extra for traditional size carry-ons check sizing before packing.
