LOT Polish Airlines review by Tatyana 2014-02-07

I would give this airline a grade B. I used this airline several times: from New York via Warsaw, from Frankfurt to Warsaw, from Amsterdam to Warsaw and others. In comparison to some other European airlines, LOT had good food, good flight customer service and I had a good flights experience. One time, one of my connecting flights was delayed for several hours. They brought all passengers a sandwich and juice while we were waiting. Also I had a problem with ticketing: I was at the gate and my ticket was at check-in at Warsaw airport. I did not have a visa, so I could not go to check-in to obtain the boarding pass. Two workers of VIP lounge, which I came across, did everything that was possible to have my boarding pass brought to me. They took care of my problem, even though I wasn't VIP lounge customer. However, I cannot give LOT 10/10. One time I had booking problem and I was not satisfied with a resolution that LOT customer service offered me. I think they could take care of my situation differently, but I got a feeling like they didn't really want to. Upon return, I was thinking to send LOT a complain letter, but I was not confident enough that it would help my case. In conclusion, I would flight with LOT again.
