I would like to congratulate your customer service department for their follow up. I forgot my I Pad on the plane coming back from Vegas over 1 1/2 years ago. After a number of follow up calls, I had given up on it ever being found. Last month we had a call to say that it had been found!! Not sure where it has been for the last 1 1/2 years, but I am very grateful to the West Jet staff for their follow-up. Many thanks. EDITORS COMMENT: Wow! Now that is impressive customer service!
