Spirit Airlines review by R 2015-09-14

On 20th of August 2015 I flew with Spirit Airlines flight number 719 from Las Vegas (LAS) to Los Angeles (LAX). Being someone who frequently travels by airplanes, I've experienced various airlines. However, the Spirit Airline was the worst and the most unprofessional airline I have ever experienced. First of all, they made me pay 55$ for my little backpack in addition to my ticket price at the airport. Second, although the planned departure time was at 19:55, we were not on board any sooner than 23:05. During the 3 hours and 10 minutes of waiting, passengers did not receive any explanations or apologies. There was however an absolutely unfriendly staff member who said she did not know how long it will take, and in case the passengers do not want to wait any longer, they could get their money back and find another way to travel. Therefore the only thing I can recommend to other people is to absolutely avoid this airline as they are the most irresponsible, unprofessional, and simply the worst airline one can imagine.
