Thai Airways International review by John 2013-09-30

I left Sydney on the 16/09/13 to Bangkok for a 4 night stay, I then left Bangkok on the 19/09/13 to fly to Koh Samui for an 8 night stay. Left Koh Samui on the 27/09/13 for Bangkok and then to Sydney on the same day. The flight from Sydney to Bangkok on a Boeing 747 was acceptable, the seats in economy class are the most uncomfortable seats I have sat in, there is no lumbar support whatsoever, when the passenger's seat in fron is in the recline position, there is not enough adjustment for the in-seat entertainment unit to see the screen clearly. The same can be said about the return flight from Bangkok to Sydney to compound my unhappiness with Thai Airlines my choice of dinner had run out plus the plane was late in leaving Bangkok airport. The flights to and from Koh Samui were okay. I have told my travel agent never to book on Thai Airlines again for us.
