Air India review by A. 2016-01-04

NEVER AGAIN! If you're flying to/from India or are tempted to use Air India because of the price, DON'T DO IT! You'll regret it, unless you are socialized to accept rudeness, broken seating, entertainment consoles that don't work, dirt, lost baggage, unannounced stop-overs, over-stuffed overhead baggage compartments, unhelpful staff, plaintiff head-wobbles and smiles that mean nothing, and on and on! This airline used to be top-notch back in the 70's but is now little more than cattle-truck service. Having been born on the sub-continent, I am disgraced and embarrassed by this national carrier and will never use this airline again.
