business class hk-zh once and economy from zh-hk and viceversa twice. seats are very uncofortable, did not sleep during all flight, the food is just ok, staff has a "countryside" style that you can find in the swiss small villages outside the cities. will not reccomend swiss if you want to rest during your flight. business class is just ok too, they offer the minimum and the choice of food is not in the average with other airlines in the same category as emirates, qatar or rj. too expensive compared with what you get.
