I would like to add cabin crew for our flight from Christchurch to Melbourne NZ891 deserve a high appraisal. Hayley especially was extremely helpful, friendly and most welcoming on our flight. We had received children's size meals on our flight over the week before which was not what we ordered on line. Hayley saw to it that on our return flight that our meals were correct. She also provided us with padded headphones for our inflight entertainment. Well done to you all in providing such passionate people who love their job.
