Singapore Airlines review by John 2017-01-08

Flew from SIN to Hanoi last month with SIA, and the service was definitely up to expectations. In-flight entertainment variety was plentiful, and the food tasted surprisingly good (for an airline meal). Take-off was delayed on both legs of the flight by 10 minutes, but I'm cool with that. Still managed to reach destination before the stipulated time. Flight attendants were friendly and approachable. Top-notch service. Sometimes people have too strong a sense of self-entitlement that any requests not met satisfactorily is "bad service" without even thinking whether their requests are out of the line. Cheers to Singapore Airlines for such a pleasant and comfortable flight.
