Avoid this company! I flew 2 times from Milan to Bangkok: the first time the flight has been changed, instead of 1 stop (Muscat) they made 2, going also to Frankfurt to collect more passenger before going to Milan. And the second time I had to change return date, and of course I paid a fee, but they made a mistake on the day (I asked 19, they gave 21): I saw it immediately, contacted straight away and they told me that to have it change to my correct day I need to pay a fee again! I emailed them, made intercontinental calls to Oman but nobody wanted to help me! Those are the worst experiences, I must add that meals are of a very low quality, and not all the aircraft are new and with a big choice of a movie in a non-English language. Avoid them!
