On a dream holiday, and had hoped to travel to Maldives today from Delhi, connecting at Bangalore. Checked in late last night, but couldn't see our 6:30am flight listed on boards as we arrived at the airport. Asked several Air India reps where the flight was and was told the flight board had an IT problem. That was the first lie. Truth was that they have delayed the flight by at least 3 hours, which means we will miss our connecting flight. Second lie was about free internet (doesn't work - apparently due to an IT problem). Do they care about their customers? Not a jot. This is a shocking airline. Never again.
