I flew Air Canada to the USA and back to Australia agin. The staff are rarely to be seen, especially when passengers are trying to load luggage into tiny bins. On the flights within the USA charging for ear phones - really? Are you that desperate for revenue. Entertainment very dated and strange - the whole season of House of cards except 34 and 38, the second last episode. ?? The thinnest coldest blankets I have ever experienced. EDITORS COMMENTS: Generally all carriers in America and Canada charge for earbuds on flights within the country
