A380: London - Dubai. The superb quality in the air was not matched by organisation on the ground. The design of the business class cabin imposes some limitations on seating - thus I was separated from my wife and a family of five was even worse off, being spread over two sections of the cabin. Once Emirates gets on top of the logistics and provides a good all round experience, it will be hard to beat. (Made Qantas look very shabby indeed.)
