Jetstar review by caroline 2013-07-19

Recent flights to Melbourne - Denpasar and back - via Darwin and Sydney on return (July 2013). Was expecting the worst having never flown Jetstar, and having had my flights changed 4 times by Jetstar prior to leaving, but was really surprised how good the flights were. Yes the 320 is cramped, but the pilots were excellent in informing us about the trip and destination, and the cabin staff (while variable) were generally pretty good. The 330 was way better, modern and much more leg room. I don't mind paying for an Ipad or a drink - its a low fare carrier. It seems to be management and poor scheduling that are problematic. Ill fly with them again.
