Air New Zealand review by Connie 2016-10-06

The seats in economy are typical cramped seats no better or worse than any other airline. Food was good. Inflight entertainment was out of order on my seat in my flight out. I left an item in the seat pocket on my return flight. I submitted a report but never received even a courtesy contact to tell me the item was not turned in. Very disappointed by that.
