Jetstar review by Rick 2014-10-02

Well Jetstar cancelled our outbound and inbound flights from Gold Coast to Narita-Tokyo which were 14 days apart. We had 8 hours to pack and travel 3 hrs before checkin.. 36 hours without sleep when arrived in Tokyo.. Cost an extra $600 in hotel, parking and that does not include business costs.. A flight in a plane is a flight in a plane. We flew both ways in a boeing 787 Dreamliner.. On the way over four toilets were out of action and we had to wait for out entertainment system to be turned on (30mins into flight). Service was swift and clinical. On the return flight we waited 45 mins into flight for entertainment systems to be turned on.. Overall, Jetstar is budget, and you do (or maybe do not) get what you pay for.
