The editor continues to emphasize that Frontier explains their added fees for luggage and carry ons on their website. This is true, but in my experience they do not explain these things through third-party ticketing agencies like Expedia, which is how we booked our tickets. These fees were a surprise to us, and lead us to believe upper management at Frontier is not paying attention to the details, and not concerned about creating a positive customer experience or providing incentives for their employees to care. Cheap, maybe, but in this case you definitely get what you pay for... very little! I believe the number of negative reviews online proves Frontier is doing something wrong, and is doomed to fail if they don't correct course soon! We had a very frustrating experience (delays, unexpected fees as explained, uncaring service) and will never fly Frontier again. Buyer beware!
