**TL;DR: DON'T EVER USE AIR CANADA** 1. Air Canada agents are rude, unprofessional, nonchalant, uncaring, and irresponsible. 2. Bags were lost and this was not well-handled. 3. Agents were extremely bad at handling a verbally violent/agitated/disruptive passenger and was at the verge of inappropriately using chemical sedation. 4. Not enough agents or counters at check-in area. 5. Those few agents at the counter are extremely slow and inefficient. 6. Flight attendants are rude and don't ever apologize for their mistakes. 7. My in-flight entertainment system on a 13 hour flight did not work properly. 8. Food on the flight is awful.
