Their booking center is horrible. I booked a wrong flight, non direct when I wanted direct. I immediately called the support center and they wanted 40� for rebooking. Could not refund even though it was few minutes after the booking. EDITORS COMMENT: We don't agree with it but this is the case for most airlines unless you've purchased a flexi fare. It doesn't matter how quickly you call - if there's a change that needs to be made there will be a fee. Qantas are one airline that give a 24 hour grace period.
