I have nave nothing but praise for Airasia travelling as a family of 9 adults and 8 children we used airasia to fly to Kl , , Cambodia , Hong Kong and finally Thailand ....Check in was easy fast and efficient on all flights...After our holiday was ended we flew back to Sydney with no problems.I would have no problem flying with Airasia again in fact I am flying again in September to Thailand with them without hesitation .Sure we had to pre purchase food But its cheap enough and edible ...and inflight entertainment was a ipad with movies that you pay for but this to is cheap enough
