Lack of information about departure time and no option to check-in online despite the service supposedly being available for both flights to and from Sydney. Old, tired plane, shabby, rubbish left in the seat backs. Cabin crew not overly helpful, except for one hostie who arranged a seat change due to a broken entertainment system - only to receive another broken entertainment system. And seriously, where do the crew go when they are not serving meals? A gentleman collapsed in the aisle and it took over 5 minutes to summon an attendant, who did not see the man lying on the floor and nearly stepped on him. Luckily other passengers came to his assistance before any cabin crew help arrived. On return flight passengers were not checked for seat belts on landing - passengers opposite were asleep and left sleeping without seat belts fastened. Meals were OK though.
