Economy Class

During a flight from Boston to Frankfurt via Munich in November 2015 (for a conference) my luggage was mishandled and lost. It took 5 days for my luggage to be recovered. I have filed a claim for reimbursement in December 2015, and have been told that I will receive a check in the mail in August 2016 by a Ricardo Galicia. The promised check has not arrived and it is approaching a year. As a frequent flyer, I'd like to hope that Lufthansa can improve their Customer Relations.
