I flew from Manila to Heathrow. Upon checking in and looking at my boarding pass, it said that my flight was at 11am when it was meant to be at 6am (which I wasn't notified of) and so I had to wait for staggering 5 hours. The service was absolutely awful as staff were unfriendly. The seats were really uncomfortable and was appalled by the lack of entertainment (one tv screen in the middle of the section) and they compensate by letting you borrow an iPad, which I personally found to be a hassle as I prefer the more convenient way of having your own TV screen in front of you. The food was bad. The creamy chicken pasta they served was not appetising at all; pasta uncooked, lack of sauce and seasoning. Overall, I had an unpleasant experience with PAL and will not travel with this airline again. Absolutely horrendous.
