I had a very bad experience with Ryanair . On my way back from Lisbon to London, there was a two hour waiting at drop bab and only one check in point. I end up missing my flight , because they didn't give me time to get at gate . I didn't have no help from a member of staff and they were so unprofessional they claimed that Ryanair it doesn't pay for more then one check in point. I end up paying my flight back because the Ryanair staff they don't sell ticket or arrange on other flight . Wasn't my fault that I lost the flight . I need to go security ecc. The next day I manage to get a flight with Ryanair . Two hour waiting at drop bag point almost lost the flight . This is not write sameone has to do same thing. The crew they didn't not have still water for sale.
