Delta Air Lines review by R 2015-01-08

I consider myself a seasoned traveler, having flown across the globe with a dozen airlines. But American airlines like Delta (and American specifically) really take the crown when it comes to rudeness and lack of customer focus. It is almost like the flight attendants don't care anymore, like they consider the customers a necessary burden of their job. I can list the examples here from my recent flights (Tampa - Atlanta, Atlanta - Amsterdam) but I don't want to go through the emotions of anger and disbelief one more time. For me, United Airlines is by far the best, the rest of the flight attendants of american-operated airlines can learn from them.
