30/05/14 JFK-Copenhagen-Nice. I travel usually and this is my worse travel experience I have ever had. The ticket cost 1263$ but service is so poor and their prepaid food and drinks and snacks are so overpriced. The flight time at 11PM for 7 hours and no Toothbrush,no soap and paper in toilette, no pillow no blanket, it was very cold in airplane and the video, screen did not work. At Copenhagen the flight was delayed for 45min and gate number changed 15min before boarding. Never again fly with Norwegian airline.
