The very worst customer service I have ever experienced. Check-in never worked online because I refused to pay for an upgrade on top of having to pay for my luggage every single time which added over $100 to my ticket value. The traveling part of my trip was an utter disaster. AirCanada made sure to give hell of an unpleasant traveling experience. Not only the staff was bitter, unkind, extremely pedantic and arrogant, the plain had defectuous features (ear plug connexions & USB ports not working, extremely hot cabin because the AC engine was not working properly). Plus, CheapOair made sure my trip was more expensive than traveling to Europe. It is a complete scam. My trip ended up being three times more expensive than if i would have purchased with Expedia.
