Southwest Airlines review by Allison 2015-12-11

We absolutely love southwest! It was a senstive time and we were flying for a funeral and we unfortunately left an important iten on the plane. We realized it a bit too late and the plane had gone on to its next destination. The staff at the airport was checking to see if it was turned in to no avail. Well, i recognized one of the flight attendents from the plane we were just on and sheepishly asked if there was something he knew we could do! Well, this young man went above and beyond and found our item, found where it was going, told the crew to put our name on it, and explained what we would need to do to get it back!! He was absolutely incredible and im impressed southwest has that calliber of employee. Thank you daury!!!
