Business Class
The arm rest in business class from Bali to Kuala Lumpur was broken and the entertainment system has no battery so the staff had to exchange it twice. They were missing business class food for some of the passengers therefore we were served economy class sandwich. Our complain raised to a Kulala Lumpur manager and he was very rude to us. We have emailed our complain to a customer centre and never had any replay back. The worst airline and service.Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
