Spirit Airlines review by Kristy 2016-03-28

This was my worst flight experience ever. On our way back home, from Fort Meyers, there were 3 representatives for spirit airlines to check your luggage in. One lady was obviously dressed in fancier attire and clearly a higher level postion. I do not know her title but her name is Nozic (spelling?). She was not friendly and treated us with disrespect. Our second time in line, due to our flight being delayed, she was the next available person to help us. We were going to have to deal with this lady twice. As soon as she opened up, and we were suppose to be the next to be helped. She yelled out, "If you are not flying to Chicago, I will help you." She took numerous people behind us in line when we waiting in line for 30 minutes already. Never again.
