Norwegian review by JD

Rude staff and very poor service. On several occasions and flights with Norwegian, our flight has been canceled or re-routed without an email or any other notice. When my wife and I arrived we were only told a full refund is available with no other options. The gate agents and phone staff were incredibly rude. Finally after about thirty minutes with my pregnant wife next to me they suddenly found an option that would take 10 hours longer to get to the destination with ZERO compensation included or not even a "sorry for the delay". One person apologizing for their mistake would have gone a long way! Extremely unprofessionally run business and I will make sure my firm, family and friend know to NEVER fly with Norwegian!
