Air New Zealand review by Anita 2015-12-01

I travelled from London to Los Angeles, had no problems getting there but on my return flight they were very strict with luggage. The lady at the check in desk was very unhelpful and did not provide us with the best options. hand luggage cannot exceed 7kg and this is the first airline to weigh hand luggage, only one hand luggage is permitted, which is ridiculous. No snacks are served in between meals, other than water, which isn't good so passengers brought their own snacks. Other air lines provide snacks, especially on a long haul flight. inflight entertainment is average. The good thing is that the airlines are new.
