British Airways review by Pradyot k 2016-10-28

I travelled lot of times ba in past I noticed : 1 . Dreamliner seats are comparatively smaller than previous models 2 . Media box in bottom of the economy seat is frustrating for long haul flights 3. Food is where BA has cut down aggressively , for breakfast earlier we used to get sandwiches with some other fillers ,now muffins or energy bar (are you kidding me !! ) 4. Earlier tooth brush and paste was provided now they don't have it anymore 5. earplugs instead of headphones on a noisy flight ( earlier they used to give headphones ) Seems to me BA wants to enjoy more profits hence cutting down on services . Will prefer Emirates or some other carriers
