Business Class

Have to agree with other poor reviews of this airline. Number of excess charges in clear violation of the airlines own written guidelines have more than doubled costs for our recent trip to Fiji. No customer service replies to our concerns despite repeated attempts to contact at office and via phone. Some of the worst airline food we have ever had (and believe me we have seen some bad ones) and a number of conflicts with schedules etc. Very disappointed, completely ruined trip to Fiji.
