Norwegian review by Richard 2014-05-16

Having used Easy jet for many years for 8-10 flights a year, this year we switched to Norwegian Air. After 4 flights in 8 weeks we can only say 'never again'. All four flights were adversely affected by baggage issues arising from passengers being allowed to flout the very clear rules on cabin bag size and the staff failure to ensure over size bags were sent into the hold. The inevitable result is that many bags have to be put into the hold at the very last moment, which is very annoying if you are one of those have the right size bag. Today's 15.45 from Alicante to Gatwick left half an hour late due to mayhem in the loading procedure. Our 3 other flights have had similar issues, but not as bad as today.
