Aeroflot review by Inna 2014-08-11

The experience with this airline is terrible! I went from Uzbekistan to Washington DC through Moscow and my luggage was lost. I was not the only one. Half of the people who were in this plane did not get their luggage back as well. There was only one person working in Dulles airport from aeroflot airline, so I spend 2 hours in a line to fill out documents about lost baggage.The only worker was filling out papers for everyone and since half of the plane did not get the luggage, it took forever! The resident gave me a number that I could call and ask about my luggage later and she said if there will be some information about it, they will call me, but I got no calls back and when I called the number did not work. I looked up other numbers and nobody could help me. They all say that they have no information about it. The services of this company is terrible! I will never use this airline again and I wont recommend it to anybody. The only way I can find out about 4 huge bags that were lost is to call to Moscow from Washington DC. Do not use this airline. It's terrible!
