Jetstar review by Beverley 2013-02-19

My husband and I flew from Perth to Bali recently with Jetstar. I was very disappointed as we had used our Qantas Frequent Flyer points (plus been charged an extra $199) for these flights. I was under the impression the flight would be of the same standard as Qantas flights, however, I did not feel this was the case. The seats are extremely small and cramped, with very little leg room. I'm 178cm and my knees were touching the seat in front of me. I felt the $12 hire charge for an iPad was reasonable, however, the in flight movies were limited. The service from staff was satisfactory
