Our flight from Detroit was 15 minutes late causing us to miss our connection to Minot. We get to the desk and Cynthia says "I'm sorry, we bumped you" which is really sincere customer service. Her next comment was "I can get you on the 7 o'clock flight but that's about it". We had to ask ourselves if there were any earlier flights, again her terrible customer service, without making eye contact AT ALL, she says well there is standby for a 3:30 flight. Cynthia was terrible help! She did not want to help us at all, we finally thought about a flight into Bismarck instead, and she said "oh, we'll there is a 1:15 with enough seats" we were excited and said we would take it. We then asked her to make sure our bags would make it to that plane. Again, never looking up from her computer, which is extremely rude, she assured us our baggage would make it to Bismarck with us. Now we are coming from NC going to ND on a family hunting trip carrying lots of gear and 2 firearms (one with significant sentimental value). We arrive in Bismarck to find that our baggage did not make it and is in Minot. Thanks to Cynthia in MSP Airport, our family hunting trip started horrifically. EDITORS COMMENT: not a great experience at all!
