Flydubai review by ahmed 2016-09-28

Hello, let me start this with fly Dubai is the worst airline i ever booked on, my first flight was canceled on the 27th Sep 2016, they did not notify me about the cancellation i got a message from my google account not from flydubai, so i called the branch in kuwait and they told me that i need to call the main office in dubai which i did, that international call costed me at least 25 KD almost 100 dollars and 50 minutes of my life, to change the flight to the following day, my original flight duration was almost 6:30 hours, the other flight on the 28 was 9 hours and it takes off at dawn which i had a problem with since im traveling with my mother, but i didnt mind that and went to the airport the following day, when i arrived to the airport i was surprised with 2 things, first my flight was canceled and second there was another flight also canceled that takes of after my flight in 3 hours which shortens my stay in dubai by 3 hours and i`d still have 2 hours to make my connection with the other plain heading to abha, they could have given me that option when i had to change my original booking but they didnt on that 50 min intentional phone call.
