Booked Business Class tickets purely on feedback from friends and relatives. Were 2 hours late taking off from Perth due to faulty sensor on Cargo door. Consequently missed onward connection in Singapore and were quickly kept on our way. Full marks for effort, really tried hard. Only blemish IMHO was the use of another airline we had tried to avoid, and to be honest were badly inadequate by Singapore Airline standards....we did not want to go on this flight....really. EDITORS COMMENT: Thanks for the honest review - i presume the other airline might have been lufthansa? SQ are very efficient and delays and missed connections are dealt with so well by them.
