Your employee Eleanor Rodriguez at ORD in Chicago is a wonderful person. She was very helpful and caring. The wheelchair transporter got me to the correct gate but had to take the wheelchair and left me without a means to get around. Eleanor was kind enough to step over to a fast food restaurant and get me something to eat. Her kindness will always be appreciated. I had to travel from Tampa to Chicago for a funeral. A last minute ticket was $650-$800 on most airlines I checked. My niece suggested Frontier and my roundtrip ticket cost only $179!!. I bought the ticket at 9p.m. and flew out at 7:45a.m. less than 12 hours later. EDITORS COMMENT: And this is exactly what low cost airlines do offer - cheap fares.
