Awful handling of a bad situation. Bad weather led to flight being cancelled multiple times. Unable to get through to their customer service even after waiting 3 hours on hold. Returned to airport and waited in line for 2 hours only to have them tell me that I can't rebook here as I live in the city I am flying out of. Why would you not explain that to the people in line BEFORE they wait 2 hours to get to the front. A little common sense goes a long way and AirCanada is lacking it.
