We were fully outraged how Lufthansa staff 'assisted' us (two elderly people older 80 yrs + my disabled older daughter) to get the boarding counter for our connection flight in Frankfurt/Germany: - as a result of full incompetence we missed our flight and have had to wait 5 hrs at Frankfurt airport. Especially I would like to stress impolite and unprofessional level of assistance for disabled and elderly people along with bad info support of Lufthansa. Nevermore with LUFTHANSA !
