2015 May- June To and from IAD to CMH, flight there are special meals "we're never booked" regardless of the 15 minute call to Customer Service to book meals 2 week prior. Gave meal with no sympathy or respect. Entertainment system was outdated and hard to find when the shows running on loops would next be on. On return flight we called 1-2 days prior to reconfirm our meals to avoid repeat from prior flight. Flight attendant came around before takeoff to say that unfortunately our meals didn't make it because of a miscommunication involving so said we were no longer on the flight. Very accommodating, found 4 extra meals that we could eat, and got us a first class meal for the light lunch instead of ham (which we don't eat), offered complimentary additional drinks for our trouble and tried to accommodate us, this is the only reason for a higher score, first leg was about a 2
