It is such a shame that the service of cabin staff so significantly differs from the appalling, rude and detached service of their Sydney check in staff. Not only do they enforce a bizarre 50kg weight policy in first, but the manner in which this is enforced is executed is disgraceful. Singapore airlines HQ should send their customer service training staff to Sydney for an urgent boot camp.
