In Vienna Austrian Airlines act as Lufthansa's counter staff. They could not care less about the passengers. Flights were cancelled because of bad weather. No communication just piece of paper saying counter closes at 11:00 pm come back at 6:00 am. NO help for anyone. Thugs commandeered water for passengers and were trying to charge 1 euro a bottle. Never fly Lufthansa. They could learn a great deal from QANTAS about how to run a safety briefing/equipment and keep order in the cabin.
