Ryanair review by Colin 2015-08-22

I am not a regular user of low cost airlines but on this occasion used Ryanair on due to the holiday destination airport (Chania, Crete). Check-in was by a disinterested employee, the plane basic, seat uncomfortable. Was caught out be hidden charges for not printing the return flight boarding passes - is there any other airline that either requires this let alone charge for it? This cost 135euro for 3 hand written boarding passes / 10 minutes work. Complained and received stock answer hiding behind T&C's and no refund - they really do view their customers with contempt. Still valuable albeit expensive lesson learned never to fly Ryanair ever again!
