Southwest Airlines review by Jeanne 2015-04-25

We were like cattle being driven onto the plane. We were packed into such small spaces that the rats could never get off the ship in case of emergency. We left from Boston and arrived in St Louis, MO. When I called SWA to ask about choosing seats, I was told that travelers board together and will sit together. Early Bird Boarding was never mentioned. Without Early Bird Boarding you are last to board and stand absolutely no chance of sitting with your companion, nor of finding a place for your carry-on anywhere near your seat. I WILL NEVER FLY ON SWA AGAIN. I'D GLADLY PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLAR MORE TO AVOID SOUTHWEST AIRLINES.
