Lufthansa review by Sandra 2016-12-16

We travelled from Singapore to Frankfurt. I felt we were not given enough food during the night. I missed the dinner and woke up hoping there would be some snacks offered but I had to wait till breakfast the next morning. On the flight my 10 year old was given his hot breakfast straight into his hands without waiting for him to put his table down. He burnt his hands trying to juggle both. The flight from Frankfurt to Heathrow our flight and seats was cancelled and we were added to another flight we were randomly put anywhere on the plane. I asked the flight attendant if my son could sit next to me. She replied I would need to go and find someone to swap. I was really embarrassed and waited for her to help me ask people. When she asked why I hadn't swapped I said I was waiting for her. Her response was to roll her eyes and laugh. I was really embarrassed as I didnt want to make a scene. Not impressed !
