I felt the service was only just above budget standard, ie we did get a pillow and blanket. Meals were poor and only two with no snacks or drinks offered on a 15 hour flight. HK to Toronto. I believe these were available somewhere if you went looking. The seats on the HK / Perth sector were very short and uncomfortable. This used to be an excellent airline but is now very disappointing. I believe, however, that business class is still good.
